Privacy policy and disclaimer
Last updated October 2, 2026
This page explains what information Kaceyn Law Group PLLC collects through kaceynlaw.com, how we use it, and the terms that apply when you use this site or contact us.
Attorney advertising
This website is attorney advertising. It is for general information only and is not legal advice. Reading this site, emailing us or booking a call does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have confirmed there is no conflict of interest and both sides have signed an engagement letter.
Until then, please don't send confidential information or documents. Information you send before an engagement may not be treated as privileged or confidential, and contacting us does not prevent Kaceyn Law Group from representing another party in a related matter.
DaKeisha Hargrove, Esq., is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Kaceyn Law Group serves clients nationwide and works with disclosed local counsel on state-specific matters. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide legal services in a jurisdiction where we are not authorized to do so.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Turnaround times describe our standard practice for qualifying matters and are confirmed in each engagement letter.
Information we collect
This site has no forms and no accounts. We receive information only when you choose to send it to us, in two ways:
- Email. If you write to info@kaceynlaw.com, we receive your message and whatever details you include, such as your name, company and email address.
- Booking a fit call. Our booking link opens Microsoft Bookings, a scheduling service run by Microsoft. When you book, you give your name, email address and any notes you add, and Microsoft handles that information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use what you send only to respond to you, schedule and hold your call, check for conflicts of interest and decide whether we can help. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Once you become a client, your engagement letter governs how we handle your information, including confidentiality and how long we keep records.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not set tracking cookies or run advertising or analytics scripts. A few outside services support it:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect it.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces and may receive standard technical information, such as IP address, when your browser loads them.
- Microsoft runs our booking page, as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@kaceynlaw.com. We may need to keep some records where the law or our professional obligations require it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
