I'm DaKeisha Hargrove. Before founding Kaceyn Law Group, I built healthcare compliance and privacy programs from the ground up, working inside organizations rather than advising them from the outside. I clerked for a federal judge, and my writing on legal practice has been featured in Washington Lawyer magazine. I'm also a United States Marine Corps veteran and a military spouse.

Each of those roles taught me the same thing: being responsible for people and outcomes looks nothing like paperwork for its own sake. That's how I still practice law. Clear guidance, real accountability, and advice that fits how your organization actually operates, whether you're a health system managing regulatory risk or a digital health company trying to build something new without getting ahead of the rules.
